Spartan Philippines is flying back to Visayas this coming July 6, 2019 for another eventful Spartan Race. To be held in Danao City Mayor Ramon D. Durano III’s dynamic beachfront property, famously known as “RD Hill,” Spartans will get to experience the race at a different kind of terrain.

Expecting around 3,000 participants, Spartan racers from all over the Philippines and the world will be aiming to complete their 2019 TRIFECTA as they conquer the Spartan Super, a 13 KM, 25 obstacle race and Spartan Sprint, a 5 KM, 20 obstacle course race. Capping off the day at 4PM is a 4-hour Hurricane Heat, an endurance event that will test participants physically, mentally and emotionally. Only the strongest willed survive in this event.

Even though Spartan races are usually held in the NCR region, it has been observed that there is a significantly rapid growth of Spartan racers in the Visayan region. More and more Cebuanos are transitioning to obstacle course racing and are becoming strong contenders in the podium race.

With the Cebu Obstacle Course Camp, the only obstacle course facility in Visayas, strategically located at Crossroads, Banilad, Cebuanos have the ability to train like a Spartan as Cebu OCC offers Spartan Group Classes (SGX) with signature Spartan obstacles.

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, the Official Hotel Partner, will be offering a special discount to Spartan racers, a carbo-loading dinner the day before the race and an Athlete’s Night after the race to celebrate the achievements made by each and every Spartan.

As Viber Philippines recently became the Official Communications Partner of Spartan Philippines, all updates on the upcoming RD Hill Sprint/Super/HH 2019 will be posted first on the Official Spartan Philippines Viber Community Page linked here: https://bit.ly/2I2jH7J.
