Zumba Dance Workout Videos by Vicious Dance Fit

Do you crave slimmer waistline, lean toned thighs  firmer abs also known as "sexy body" but doesn't have time to go to the gym?

Exercise is a key essential of loosing weight. You have to make time for it. Fortunately, the internet has provided us with loads of resources to do workout at the comfort of our own home so why not grab the chance to start?

Exercising is not easy. Some people make it look easy but in all honesty it is not. I'm blogging about exercising but I also struggle with my own weight issues. Today, I'd like to invite you to start a new journey together and get that body we so much wished for in a fast, fun, sexy, danced-inspired fitness routine which makes burning those ugly fats so much more enjoyable. What is Zumba?

Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines hiphop, martial arts, belly dancing, and Latin dance moves (e.g. salsa and mambo) created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba routines are easy to follow and incorporates internal training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training in a fun way. No wonder a lot of people are hooked with these so called Zumba parties.

When in doubt, DANCE IT OUT! 

With the numerous option on free Zumba dance workout videos available online, how can you tell which one is right for you? The answer is it depends on your personal preference. 

The best advice I can give you is to look for 5 to 10 Zumba dance videos of your favorite dance music or genres and download them. To help you get started, check out Sidnie Tatom's Vicious Dance Fit channel on Youtube. Before writing this post, I spent days searching for the right videos for me. Look At Me Now (Chris Brown feat. Lil Wayne & Busta Rhymes)

This is the video that made me fall in love with Sid. The music is on its own great and Sid's choreography makes you feel like you are one of those dancers in Step Up movies.

You Make Me Feel (Cobra Starship feat. Sabi)

This is perfect for those who want a slower paced kind of dance.

Hey Baby (Pitbull)

In this video, they don't look like they were working out at all. They were just a bunch of girls having fun dancing.

Wasn't that fun? I really love her style and the dance steps are very girly, easy to follow but up to date. You can even use some of the them when you are out clubbin' (chuckle). If you are wondering on the effectiveness of Zumba, you can find a couple of success stories on Sid's Facebook page.
